This was my first time going, and it was nothing special. You should honestly get a better shake at Shake Shack for cheaper. I ordered the Choclatier and the milkshake base did not have much flavor (had lots of chocolate chips and brownie pieces though). We also ordered the Chocolate Dough milkshake and it also lacked flavor. Additionally, as shown in the photo, they did not fill up our cookies and cream milkshakes all the way up. It was refreshing on a hot day, but won’t be back.

We had a great first time experience! What a great day to enjoy a delicious milkshake from a family-owned business. Everything looked as delicious as it tasted! Mario was such a gem! He was helpful, kind and courteous. His personality alone would make us come back. Our shakes, cake pops and truffle bars were 10/10! Chefs kiss 👨‍🍳 💋

Milkshake Factory absolutely exceeded my expectations! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, the staff was friendly, and the milkshakes were unbelievably delicious. Every sip was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. The presentation alone was amazing, but the taste was even better. A special shoutout to Demetrius Alston for providing outstanding customer service and making the experience even more enjoyable. You can tell there’s real passion behind everything they do here. If you’re looking for the perfect dessert spot with incredible vibes and top-tier treats, Milkshake Factory is definitely the place to go. I’ll absolutely be coming back again soon!

Yesterday, I was looking for a sweet treat and arrived at Millkshake factory. I was greeted with a warm welcome from Mario. This was my first and he walked me through the menu and even gave me his favorite as well. I decided to go with Cookie milkshake and boy did elijah fixed my shake with perfection. You can tell he really enjoyed making this delicious treat it looked exactly like the picture. Even though it's was headache finding parking i definitely will be back because of the great customer services they provided me on my special day. Mario even let me know about trying a sample of the chocolate which cause me add a smores marshmallow to my order. Thanks so much for the good services.
